Please have any empty gas bottles available for exchange if applicable. Any order without a gas bottle to exchange is subject to a cylinder refill agreement prior to delivery.

Cylinder Refill Agreement

When buying a gas bottle from us for the first time, you’ll be subject to a new cylinder refill agreement costing from £29.99, depending which of the five groups your gas bottle is in. If you do not have a gas bottle to exchange, please call us on 01903 812241 to arrange a Cylinder Refill Agreement . The charge will be added for each bottle you purchase without an empty counterpart to exchange or if the bottle is not within the same group as your previous policy. Ordering Click & Collect

Click and collect gives you the option of picking up your order direct from us free of charge.

Click and collect orders can be picked up the same day as long as we have your items in stock.

Once your order is complete you will receive a confirmation email that the order has been placed. Please check your junk mail folder if you don't not receive the email.

When your order has been processed and picked you will receive a second email notifying you that your order is ready for collection.

Picking up your Order

Please head over to our store (which is located on our secure caravan storage facility) to collect your order. Don't forget to bring some photo ID such as a UK driving licence or passport.
